Our History

Since 1995, TMC Global Professional Services has operated as an international provider of OCONUS project management, logistics, staffing, and personnel services in locations worldwide to both government and commercial customers. TMC is legally registered to conduct business in Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Uganda, and Mexico, and in total has operated in over 70 countries worldwide on behalf of its public and private sector clientele.

Above all, TMC helps its clients to achieve success and mitigate operational risk in areas of the world where conducting business often proves difficult due to unpredictable political, economic, cultural, and physical environments. Our vision is to provide effective solutions to our clients to help them meet their most challenging needs in global markets. Some of our current projects include the Shelter Implementation Project at the site of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor disaster in Ukraine, international logistics support to nine National Laboratories throughout the world, public health and biological safety programs in the Caucasus and Central Asia, and emergency travel support, including evacuation, across our entire area of operations.
