Providing Support from Overseas
From one of its first overseas locations, TMC is continuing the encapsulation and cleanup of the nuclear disaster at Chernobyl, Ukraine. Chosen to provide scientists, construction engineers and laborers by a consortium of prime contractors, TMC has emerged as recognized subject matter experts on the complex labor, health and safety codes surrounding this project.
In Russia, TMC supports the National Laboratories and the Canadian Government's work in implementation of non-proliferation treaties with a full suite of services, from travel support to project management.
In Kazakhstan, TMC is currently working on the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Biological Threat Reduction Program, providing in-country procurement, warehousing and shipment, staffing and regulatory interface.
For the Defense Logistics Agency, we are procuring and delivering materials throughout Central Asia and Afghanistan.

Ramin Javid, Country Director, Afghanistan
Mr. Javid received his BA from the City University of New York and an MA in Near Eastern Studies in a joint program at Princeton University and New York University. He has held positions in both industry and in the government of Afghanistan, where he worked on conservation, development, and civil affairs. He is fluent in English and Dari/Farsi, and proficient: in Pashtu, Urdu/Hindi, and Russian.

Ramin Nasibov, Country Director, Azerbaijan
Mr. Nasibov has over seven years of experience in project and administrative management, and international and FSU business consulting. He has substantial experience working with various government agencies of Azerbaijan, the US Embassy, and the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency, as well as extensive experience managing business operations in Azerbaijan. Ramin has special knowledge and experience in international trade relations and in coordinating conferences and training activities on behalf of foreign clients working in Azerbaijan. He did his undergraduate work at Baku Private College in Azerbaijan, and subsequently studied at Marmara University in Turkey and Ningbo University and Shanghai International Studies University in China. He is fluent in English, Russian, Azeri, Turkish and Chinese.

Vladislav Gorodnichy, Country Director, Kazakhstan
Mr. Gorodnichy is located in Almaty. He holds a B.A. from the Pavlodar Teachers Training Institute in Kazakhstan, and has done additional studies in Berlin. He has over ten years of experience at all levels of management; experienced interpreter and translator with personal and professional skills; knowledgeable in sales, logistics, taxation, administration, and personnel management and practical experience in import and marketing. He is proficient in western business management principles and responsible for oversight of all TMC contract-related logistics support activities in Kazakhstan. Ms. Cristescu is responsible for TMC operations in Serbia, Montenegro and Armenia, directing delivery of client support services and administrative management of all activities. She manages relationships with local vendors, consultants and service providers for quick and effective response to customer needs. A graduate of the University of Bucharest, she has worked in international business and later spent six years as professional employee in the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest. She is fluent in English, and conversant in French, German and Italian.

Mss. Zhuikova has over twenty years of managing and supervising projects in Russia. She is an experienced, professional administrative and sales manager, having worked for foreign legal entities in Russia coordinating projects with Russian and Foreign technical consultants and Russian Government authorities. Vitaly V. Muraviev, Country Director, Ukraine
Mr. Muraviev has over fourteen years managing the TMC office, and is responsible for: financial, management and operational issues. He is experienced in major construction programs and projects throughout Ukraine and Belarus, and is skilled in western program management, HR management, logistics, and operations. He has overseen contract negotiations at international and national levels, as well as information analysis and marketing in the Former Soviet Union. His expertise includes, but is not limited to, Ukrainian labor legislation, strategic planning, Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian language and culture, and HR management. He holds a B.A. with honors from the Moscow Defense Language Institute. A native Russian speaker, he is also fluent in Ukrainian, English, and Spanish and is adept in Portuguese.

Uzbekistan
Malika Abdurazakova, Country Director, Uzbekistan
Ms. Abdurazakova is responsible for the operation of the TMC Tashkent office, including financial management and TMC staff supervision, subcontracting, and compliance with local laws and regulations. She provides on-ground support to U.S. National Laboratories, DTRA, Bechtel National, Inc., and the US Civilian Research and Development Foundation in Uzbekistan. She supervises local vendor services and maintains more than 30 active contracts with local service providers, vendors, and consultants to support TMC activities in Uzbekistan. She holds an M.A. in linguistics from Tashkent State University. She is a native Russian speaker, is fluent in English, conversant in Uzbek, and has basic familiarity with Arabic.
