Risk Management
Risk management begins with risk analysis - a concerted effort to determine the sources of uncertainty in a project and to evaluate alternative outcomes. This requires a thorough, systematic and objective study, beginning with an examination of basic goals, proceeding through an assessment of the various factors that can create operational risk, and concluding with a go/no-go recommendation and a risk mitigation plan to maximize the likelihood of success.
Our National Security Programs division is recognized by the Sandia National Laboratory as experts in Risk Assessment Methodology for Communities (RAM-C). We have taken the insights developed by the National Security Programs division and expanded them to offer a full set of risk assessment and management services. We apply these skills to projects both in the United States and overseas, and to threat scenarios ranging from physical to technical to financial risk. We evaluate a complete range of issues, including political and regulatory trends, economic factors, social patterns, and technological developments.
TMC has also retained the services of leading experts in such diverse areas as banking and finance, technology (including bio-technology), human resource management and labor markets, national, international and regional political affairs, macro-economics, and mathematical modeling. Our experts have extensive experience in industry, government and the analytical and academic communities, and are widely recognized for both the depth and practicality of their knowledge.
