Charles Randolph
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Randolph has 20 years of operations experience in both commercial and government contracting arenas. He also has extensive experience in executive level management for large and small organizations. Over the past 10 years, he has served as Director, VP, Sr. VP and GM of large mission-critical operations in the IT and non-IT markets. After serving as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for one of QinetiQ North America's largest business units, he helped a start-up IT Services company nearly triple its annual revenues in three years. He began his career as a Communications Officer in the United States Marine Corps where he participated in multiple multinational operations in Africa and Western Europe. Mr. Randolph is a PMP, ITILv3 certified, and holds a Bachelor of Science from Valdosta State University.
Rob MacIvor
President and CFO
Mr. MacIvor has over 27 years of finance, accounting, information systems and executive-level management and consulting experience. Over the past 15 years, he has served as Chief Financial Officer or held other corporate vice presidential positions at several companies, most recently QinetiQ North America, Inc., a $1.5 billion provider of products and services to the US government. He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co, where he supervised or managed over 50 audit projects for US government services providers, financial institutions, colleges and universities, and other entities. Mr. MacIvor is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.
Ron Loiselle
Director, International Operations
Mr. Loiselle is a highly experienced executive who oversees our global operations in ten countries. He has also managed a multi-million dollar contract providing personnel services, operations and logistics support for the Biological Threat Reduction Program in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Georgia. A former Foreign Area Officer with the United States Army, Mr. Loiselle graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and later received an M.A. in Soviet and East European studies from the University of Kansas.
Ted Hodgson
Director, Business Development
Col. Hodgson recently retired from the U.S. Army rising through the ranks from Private to Colonel while serving 34 years on active and reserve duty. His most recent assignment was the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Logistics Strategic Policy lead for the Northern Distribution Network and the Silk Road Initiative. Col. Hodgson developed and implemented the USCENTCOM Northern Distribution Network Campaign Plan which became a lead engagement strategy for State Department and USCENTCOM’s Central Asia State policy. In addition, the Northern Distribution Network serves as a key enabler for delivering supplies to Afghanistan. He has led several negotiations in the Central Asia States.
Adib Farhadi, Director, Emerging Markets and Senior Economic Advisor
Mr. Adib Farhadi has over fifteen years of high-level international experience working with governments, multilateral agencies and the private sector. He has held progressively higher levels of responsibility in a variety of organizations, utilizing strong conceptual, managerial and people skills. Mr. Farhadi has served in a number of senior economic and diplomatic positions for the Afghan Government in which, for example, he has been responsible for negotiating international agreements in trade, commerce and investment with neighboring governments and with institutions such as the United Nations, WTO, and International Financial Institutions. In his recent role as a Senior Economic Advisor at Afghanistan Pakistan Center of Excellence, he served as the New Silk Road Initiative senior advisor and liaison to the US Department of State, USAID and other agencies. The Initiative aims to better integrate Afghanistan with the regional and global economies. Along with Professor Fred Starr, he recently co-authored the study “Finish the Job: Jump-Start Afghanistan’s Economy”.
Robert Du Bois

A veteran senior executive at several high technology companies, Mr. DuBois has nearly thirty years of corporate experience. Before joining TMC, Mr. DuBois served 20 years as an officer in the United States Air Force, specializing in R&D management. His keen understanding of U.S. Government budgeting, technology development, and business development laid the foundation for the TMC Global Technology and business model. Mr. DuBois received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Edward Merewether
Executive Vice President
A TMC team member since 1997, Mr. Merewether is responsible for new business development, strategic corporate planning, market studies, commercial initiatives and overall customer support. He has 40 years experience in the high technology product development, application, and distribution industries at varying levels of management responsibility including CEO and Chairman of a publicly traded company. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, University of New Mexico.
Patricia Coil
Director of Contracts
Ms. Coil has nearly 30 years experience in contracts and program management. She has worked in government, the aerospace and defense industry, and the professional services industry. Her expertise spans intellectual property, export regulatory compliance, and program management. A certified Professional Contract Manager, she holds a B.A. from Texas Tech University, an M.A. from the University of Kansas, and an M.P.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
