Robert DuBois, Founder, President and CEO
A veteran senior executive at several high technology companies, Mr. DuBois has over twenty-six years of corporate experience. Before joining TMC Mr. DuBois served 20 years as an officer in the United States Air Force, specializing in R&D management. His keen understanding of U.S. Government budgeting, technology development, and business development laid the foundation for the TMC Global Technology and business model. Mr. DuBois received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Ed Merewether, Executive Vice President
A TMC team member since 1997, Mr. Merewether is responsible for new business development, strategic corporate planning, market studies, commercial initiatives and overall customer support. He has 40 years experience in the high technology product development, application, and distribution industries at varying levels of management responsibility including CEO and Chairman of a publicly traded company. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, University of New Mexico.
Gerald Stephens, Senior Vice President
Mr. Stephens is an experienced operations and financial expert with extensive management and leadership experience in several successful technology businesses. An accomplished leader of organizations with up to 400 people, he has a track record of applying process engineering and re-engineering skills and techniques to corporate planning, manufacturing, marketing and sales, and new business development. He holds an M.B.A. from Baldwin Wallace College and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron.
Stephen E. Ockenden, Vice President
Mr. Ockenden has over thirty years experience in international and national security affairs. He is skilled in strategic planning, risk analysis, government relations, and business development. He was a senior staff member of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and spent ten years in the aerospace industry. He earned his M.A.and Ph.D. in national security policy and international relations from the University of Minnesota.
Tom Wyckoff, Vice President
Mr. Wyckoff has more than 30 years of experience, including project management, arms control and treaty verification, in the countries of the Former Soviet Union. Proficient in spoken and written Russian, he has served as Project Manager for several multi-million dollar contracts providing personnel management services and logistics support in Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan to corporate and US Government clients. He has also provided senior analytical expertise for a wide range of arms control related projects for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). He holds a B.A. from Oklahoma State University, and an M.A. in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Russian Institute.
Stephen J. Zolock
Mr. Zolock has over twenty-two years of operations experience in the FSU working in Department of Defense and Department of Energy Threat Reduction Non-proliferation initiatives. He managed demilitarization of chemical weapons facilities in western Uzbekistan for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). He directed in country support for DTRA's Biological Weapons Proliferation Prevention Program. Mr. Zolock provides analysis and implementation team operations throughout Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Georgia, support to a variety of DOE projects in Kazakhstan as well as in-country support to a World Bank funded contract for the characterization of irrigation and drainage systems in Kazakhstan. Mr. Zolock received an MS in International Relations from Webster University, and BA in Asian Studies - Florida State University
Patricia Coil
Ms. Coil has nearly 30 years experience in contracts and program management. She has worked in government, the aerospace and defense industry, and the professional services industry. Her expertise spans intellecutual property, export regulatory compliance, and program management. A certified Professional Contract Manager, she holds a B.A. from Texas Tech University, an M.A. from the University of Kansas, and an M.P.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
International
Paata Abramia, the TMC Country Director for Georgia, has eight plus years with significant experience at the policy level of the Georgian government, including responsibility for bilateral military relations with the United States, relations with NATO member states, relations with U.S. European Command, and negotiations with the Russian military over withdrawal of forces. Trained in western accounting and financial practices, fluent in English and Russian, as well as native Georgian, Paata is the former Deputy Head, Department of Defense Policy and Bilateral Relations, Georgian Ministry of Defense., where he was responsible for Georgian Government's relations with all NATO member states. Malika Aburazakova, the TMC Country Director for Uzbekistan, is responsible for the operation of the TMC Tashkent office, including financial management and TMC staff supervision, subcontracting, and compliance with local laws and regulations. She provides on-ground support to U.S. national laboratories, DTRA, Bechtel National, Inc., and US Civilian Research and Development Foundation in Uzbekistan. She currently supervises local vendor services and maintains more than 30 active contracts with local service providers, vendors, and consultants to support TMC activities in Uzbekistan.
Oana A. Cristescu, the TMC Country Director for Romania, is responsible for TMC operations in Serbia, Montenegro and Armenia, directing delivery of client support services and administrative management of all activities. Oana manages relationships with local vendors, consultants and service providers for quick and effective response to customer needs. Parviz Dinorshoyev, the TMC Country Director for Tajikistan, has over ten years experience in the areas of project and administrative management, and international and FSU business consulting. He previously served as the commercial director of the Tajikistan Cellular Company, where he devised, developed and implemented a business growth strategy, which included marketing and sales strategies.
Vladislav V. Gorodnichy, the TMC Country Director for Kazakhstan, is located in Almaty. Vlad has over ten years of experience at all levels of management; experienced interpreter and translator with personal and professional skills; knowledgeable in sales, logistics, taxation, administration, and personnel management and practical experience in import and marketing. He is proficient in western business management principles and responsible for oversight of all TMC contract-related logistics support activities in Kazakhstan. Vitaly V. Muraviev, the TMC Country Director for the Ukraine, has over fourteen years managing the TMC office, and is responsible for: financial, management and operational issues. He is experienced in major construction programs and projects throughout Ukraine and Belarus, skilled in western program management, HR management, logistics, and operations. Vitaly has overseen contract negotiations at international and national levels, as well as information analysis and marketing in the Former Soviet Union. His expertise includes, but is not limited to, Ukrainian labor legislation, strategic planning, Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian language and culture, and HR management.
Ramin Nasibov, the TMC Country Director for Azerbaijan, has over seven years of experience in project and administrative management, and international and FSU business consulting. He has substantial experience working with various government agencies of Azerbaijan, the US Embassy, and the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency, as well as extensive experience managing business operations in Azerbaijan. Ramin has special knowledge and experience in international trade relations and in coordinating conferences and training activities on behalf of foreign clients working in Azerbaijan. He is fluent in English, Russian, Azeri, Turkish and Chinese. Natalia G. Zhuikova, the TMC Country Director for Russia, has over twenty years of managing and supervising projects in Russia. She is an experienced, professional administrative and sales manager, having worked for foreign legal entities in Russia, and coordinating works under the projects with the Russian and Foreign technical consultants and the Russian Government Authorities.
