Particularly when working overseas, where qualifications and labor standards often vary from western expectations, human resources screening is a source of considerable risk. At TMC, we help reduce this risk, both for government and commercial clients.

We have developed comprehensive salary and labor surveys in all the countries where we operate, and our local staff are responsible for building and maintaining a database of qualified employees in such disciplines as engineering (including specialized disciplines like nuclear engineering), biology and biochemistry, construction, and others. We understand and comply with all local labor and social laws, and take full responsibility for screening, hiring, paying, and dismissing local staff on an as-needed basis.

We are so successful at this that we were selected by an international consortium of contractors to meet their staffing needs as they clean up the former nuclear reactor site at Chernobyl, in Ukraine.
