TMC began operating in 1996 as an international project management and logistics support company with offices in New Mexico, Virginia, and throughout such difficult areas as the Former Soviet Union. Since our founding, we have continued to provide direct support to major U.S. Government agencies as they have sent people overseas on missions to dismantle Cold War weapons systems, clean up environmental hazards such as the nuclear reactor site at Chernobyl, detect and prevent threatening diseases like avian flu, and sponsor international conferences. Over the past decade, we have grown more than 20 percent per year on average, and we now have ten offices worldwide, employing more than 200 people. Today, we are a diversified, employee-owned, professional services company. While we continue to increase our core international business we have also added several new high-tech divisions to our portfolio. We have successfully commercialized numerous advanced technologies originally developed at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, giving us a range of capabilities including materials science and control theory. We have also constructed a one-of-kind HAZMAT decontamination training and research facility for use by commercial as well as federal, state and local customers. We have been joined by leading scientists, former senior government officials, foreign affairs experts, and others, and we have developed collaborative relationships with universities and major research centers in public health, finance, international business, and other disciplines. Throughout our growth, we have focused on one mission: to help our clients overcome uncertainty and manage risk in a complex and challenging environment. |
