Robert DuBois, Founder, President & CEO:
A veteran senior executive at several high technology companies, Mr. DuBois brings over 24 years of corporate management experience to TMC. Before joining industry, Mr. DuBois served 20 years as an officer in the United States Air Force, specializing in R&D management. He has a thorough understanding of U.S. Government budgeting, technology development, and business development. Mr. DuBois received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Richard Mah, Vice President, Strategic Initiatives: Mr. Mah brings vast experience in advanced technology and strategic management to TMC. After working as a metallurgist and materials engineer in industry, he joined the staff of the Los Alamos National Laboratory, where, over the course of a 30-year career, he rose from technical staff member to Associate Director, with responsibility for a $500M budget. Mr. Mah received a B.S. in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics and an M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
James Stout, Vice President, The Stout Group:
Mr. Stout is former Chief Counsel to the Department of Energy’s Albuquerque Operations Office, where he served in a variety of senior management and policy roles. He was a member of the U.S. delegation to the Nuclear Testing negotiations in Geneva. He formed the Stout Group in 1996 to provide policy advice and staffing services to the Department of Energy, and joined TMC in 2006. Mr. Stout holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Drake University, and a J.D. from the State University of Iowa. He is admitted to the Iowa and New Mexico bars.
Robert Swanson, Vice President, Santa Fe Operations:
Mr. Swanson has more than 30 years of progressive experience in high technology operations, with experience in general management, operations, business development and product commercialization. In addition, he has been a consultant to over two hundred companies and has published over one hundred articles and formal reports. He earned his Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering & Materials Science from Carnegie Mellon University and participated in the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Program. |

Edward Merewether, Executive Vice President:
A TMC team member since 1997, Mr. Merewether is responsible for new business development, strategic corporate planning, market studies, commercial initiatives and overall customer support. He has 40 years experience in the high technology product development, application, and distribution industries at varying levels of management responsibility including CEO and Chairman of a publicly traded company. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, University of New Mexico.
Gerald Stephens, Chief Financial Officer:
Mr. Stephens is an experienced operations executive with extensive management and leadership experience in several successful technology businesses. An accomplished leader of organizations with up to 400 people, he has a track record of applying process engineering and re-engineering skills and techniques to corporate planning, manufacturing, marketing and sales, and new business development. He holds an M.B.A. from Baldwin Wallace College and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron.
Bill Weston, Vice President & General Manager,
IPS Division: Mr. Weston has over 30 years experience in engineering and high technology, with assignments ranging from program management to plant operations. He has managed nuclear materials accountability, nuclear research and development, plutonium pit manufacturing, chemical recovery operations, waste operations and regulatory compliance. Mr. Weston has a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver. |
